Welcome to Aurora Programming

Aurora is a programming language featuring an integrated development environment, an advanced compiler, assembler and linker.

Considered a general-purpose, high-level programming language with low-level facilities. It is a free-form multi-paradigm language supporting procedural programming, data abstraction and object-oriented programming. Aurora is currently being developed by Ionic Wind Software as a culmination of ideas from other programming languages.

Aurora's syntax is very similar to C++ but not identical. For example, much of the more advanced functionality obtained in C++ using obscure syntax rules is omitted. Making the language much more uniform and easier to understand, especially for beginners. Not only has the language been made more concise but there are also many high-level built-in libraries (available as pre-written classes)
